Operations software for teams that sell and deliver

Stop being the glue between your systems.

OpsUPLOOP joins up winning work, delivering it and getting paid, with AI that works on your own records within each person’s permissions. It’s the platform Scorchsoft runs on, deployed as your own instance.

30 minutes, with the people who build it. No slides.

IllustrationThe gap between systems: work won, a milestone passed, nothing invoiced, nobody on it.
  • Runs Scorchsoft every day: sales, delivery, billing and team.
  • Your own instance: the fit of a custom system, without the blank page.
  • AI shows its reasons and works within each person’s permissions.
Four modules, one set of records

Start with the part you need

Two modules win the work and two deliver it and get it paid. Each works on its own, on your own instance. Add the others when they help.

The space between your systems

Your CRM knows the deal. Your accounts know the invoice. Nobody knows the gap.

Each system does its job. None was built to notice that a deal won six weeks ago has billed nothing, or that a promise made in a meeting has nobody against it. Right now someone fills that gap by asking around.

Your CRM

Records the deal

Won: Meridian Health, portal rebuild, £32,000.

Your accounts

Records the invoices

One invoice raised: £8,000, phase 1.

Nobody

Notices the rest

Phase 2 finished three weeks ago. Not invoiced. Nobody against it.

What you’ve probably been told to try

A bigger suite, more glue, or a build

Ask around, or ask an AI assistant, and these are the answers. Each is sensible, and each solves part of it.

A bigger suite

HubSpot, Zoho One

Strong at sales and marketing. Delivery and billing bend to its shape, and the gap moves inside one bill instead of closing.

Glue between your tools

Zapier, Make

Moves a record from one system to another. It doesn’t notice that phase 2 finished three weeks ago and nobody invoiced it. Noticing needs an owner, not a trigger.

Dashboards

Power BI and the like

Makes the numbers visible. Shows the gap after month end. Someone still has to act on it.

A chatbot on your data

a custom GPT

Answers questions quickly. It forgets, can’t tell who may see what, and owns nothing afterwards.

A consultant or a custom build

a dev shop

Gets the fit right. You start from a blank page, wait for it, and own the maintenance.

OpsUPLOOP

by Scorchsoft

Starts from software that already runs a business, ours. Deployed as your own instance, joined to the systems you have, and extended as you need more. The fit of a custom system, without the blank page.

Sometimes the simplest fix is a setting in a tool you already own. If that’s your answer, we’ll say so.

How you get it

As it comes, connected, or made to measure

Every route starts from the platform Scorchsoft runs its own business on, deployed as your own instance. Most firms configure it. Some have Scorchsoft extend it into the hub their whole operation runs on, hosted by us or in their own environment.

AI-assisted development has made changing software far quicker than it used to be, so it can work the way your firm does, not the other way round. You still see the working product first.

Not sure which is yours? Scorchsoft’s Managed AI & Automation Improvement Programme starts from where your time and money leak, not from our product.

  1. As it comes

The modules you choose, licensed on your own instance, with your settings.

  2. Connected and configured

Joined to your CRM, accounts and suppliers, so one set of records covers the business.

  3. Made to measure

Your own version, extended with the workflows, screens and connectors your firm needs, hosted by Scorchsoft or in your own environment.

AI, with its reasons and its limits

AI does the legwork. Your people make the call.

OpsUPLOOP’s AI researches, scores and drafts from your own records, and every suggestion carries its reason. Connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask about the business in plain English: it answers as you, with your access, and says what it left out.

  • Letters are reviewed before they are posted
  • Chasers stop the moment an invoice is paid
  • An assistant can never raise an invoice or post a letter

How the modules join up

Joined up, the whole is worth more than the parts

Each module works on its own. Together they share one set of records, so what one learns, the others use: your customers shape who you prospect, won work shapes the forecast, and ownership reaches all the way to getting paid.

Connect Claude or ChatGPT over MCP and it can answer questions that cross sales, billing and delivery, from one set of records, as the person asking.

Win the work Outreach · Sales Bill for it Billing Follow it through Delivery Your records, your settings
  1. Win the work: Outreach, Sales
  2. Bill for it: Billing
  3. Follow it through: Delivery
Outreach → Sales

A prospect you wrote to becomes a lead, researched and scored on the same records.

Sales → Billing

A won deal becomes planned billing, so the revenue forecast counts what is secured as well as what might close.

Billing → Delivery

Whoever owns the customer owns their billing and chasing, within one permissions hierarchy.

Delivery → Outreach

Your customers, profiled by sector and size, show Outreach where to look next: the same pond as your best work.

Where it fits best

Strongest where sales hands work to delivery

A good fit

  • Your pipeline is in one system, delivery in another and the money in a third
  • Deals turn into projects, milestones or recurring work you have to bill
  • You want AI working on your own records, within each person’s permissions

Especially strong for agencies, consultancies and service firms, where milestone billing and account-based outreach are tuned in.

Probably not

  • You need timesheets and resource planning. That’s a PSA.
  • You’re looking for IT monitoring and incident AI. That’s AIOps.
  • You need stock control, ERP or field scheduling.
  • You need something built from scratch. That’s a custom build, which Scorchsoft also does.
Built by Scorchsoft

What runs our business, set up to run yours

Scorchsoft is a UK software company. We built OpsUPLOOP to run our own sales, outreach, billing, customer work and team, and we use it every day. It is new as a product, so you work directly with the people who build it.

Scorchsoft’s own use is where OpsUPLOOP comes from. It is not a customer reference, and we won’t present it as one.

Questions
Is this a custom build?

It doesn’t start as one. Every route begins from the same working product, deployed as your own instance. Most firms only need configuration; where yours needs more, Scorchsoft makes it to measure, and it keeps the platform’s records, permissions and safeguards.

Is OpsUPLOOP only for agencies?

No. It suits any business whose sales hand work to a delivery team, and which wants AI working on its own records. Agencies and service firms are the sharpest fit, because some features are tuned to milestone and retainer billing.

Is OpsUPLOOP a CRM?

It can be either. OpsUPLOOP can be your CRM, holding your leads, deals and customers itself. Or it can sit on top of the CRM you already run, connected through its API, as a reporting and control layer that extends what your CRM does and joins it to billing, delivery and ownership.

Why not HubSpot plus Zapier?

That works for moving records between systems. What it doesn’t do is give each gap an owner: the won deal nobody billed, the promise nobody kept. OpsUPLOOP sits across those systems and puts a name against what is open.

3 more questions
How does OpsUPLOOP relate to Scorchsoft’s managed programme?

Some customers come to OpsUPLOOP directly. Others arrive through Scorchsoft’s Managed AI & Automation Improvement Programme, which finds where time and money leak and delivers the simplest fix that works. Often that is OpsUPLOOP. Sometimes it is something simpler.

Where does our data live?

In your own instance, hosted by Scorchsoft or deployed into your own environment. It is not a shared account on someone else’s platform.

Is OpsUPLOOP an AIOps tool?

No. AIOps means AI for IT operations: incident detection, event correlation and monitoring. OpsUPLOOP is operations software for the business side: sales, delivery, billing and people.
